Founded in 1883, with more than 130 years of experience, Trapiche has earned its place as a pioneering brand in the production of varietal wines, the import of French oak barrels, the introduction of wines coming from one micro-terroir and the development of oceanic-influence wines, known for being the first of their kind in the country.
Set amidst vineyards in Maipú, Mendoza, at the foot of the Andes mountains, its Florentine-style building from 1912 is an icon of Mendoza's wine architecture. A blend of past and present, the experience in Trapiche winery explores over 130 years of history in the art of winemaking, to what Trapiche is today; the winery provides an ideal location for a dialog between tradition and technology in the production of premium wines.
The experience is completed with Espacio Trapiche, the winery's new restaurant. Surrounded by nature, it is a unique scenario where the whole experience is conceived with wine as its main character.
