  • Technical pack including a video projector, two HF microphones, two speakers and a screen
  • Two coffee breaks offering coffee, tea, small pastries or sweet snacks, fruit juice, and still and sparkling water
  • Sit-down luncheon or cocktail reception, as preferred. Wines are included.
  • Your personalised signage system
