After the visit, sit down in the Château's private room to start with our dry white wine, Asphodèle, and enjoy a vertical tasting of four vintages of our Grand Cru Classé, Château Climens.

Classified as a First Growth in 1855 « The Lord of Barsac » is a myth which never fails to stir up emotions. The family line : pure, light and vibrant, elegant with a unique silky texture. Aromas from fresh white flowers to old roses, from citrus zest to plum pie, from noble green aromas to sappy or earthy ones, from hay to soft spices and so on… Some vintages are imperial or powerful, other are ethereal and tense, but they all have the racy elegance of Climens. Often accessible early while lengthy ageing renders them legendary.
