Spend the day at 2 of Mendoza's most traditional wineries: first through a learning experience with a morning Olive Oil course at Familia Zuccardi Wines, and later on with a visit & lunch at Bodega Trapiche, one of the historic producers that contributed to shape Argentina's wine industry.

Olives and Wines of Mendoza

Today, our culinary experience starts a Familia Zuccardi, one of the most traditional wineries of Mendoza, where we will enjoy a morning course on Olive Oil during which we will visit the extraction mill and go through a technical tasting of different olive oils. The goal is to learn about the oils' distinctive characteristics and the various stages throughout its production.

What follows is lunch at the magnificent Bodega Trapiche. Set amidst vineyards and located in Maipú, Mendoza, at the foot of the Andes, this Florentine style building from 1912 is an icon of Mendoza's wine architecture. A blend of past and present, Trapiche winery provides the ideal location for a dialogue between tradition and cutting-edge technology in the production of premium wines. The winery pays homage to the all those who laid the foundations of Argentina's wine industry and today still contribute to its further development.
