Flavors of Historic Santiago

You spend the morning on an easy walk through Santiago, its traditional and modern districts set against the scenic backdrop of the Andes. We walk to the historic center, its Plaza de Armas and Cathedral, and a few steps up to enjoy sweeping views of the city from Santa Lucia Hill. Along the way, we stop at the City's most celebrated cafeterías and the Emporio La Rosa ice cream shop to sample unique local flavors. You will round off this gourmet experience with a wine tasting paired with tapas at Bocanariz, Santiago's most renowned wine bar.
